That's why at Top Priority Home Inspections, I use a tiered-system to give you the most reasonable price possible. While most general home inspections fall in the $350-400 range, please call or text me to discuss the details of the property and get a more specific price based on your inspection needs. Radon testing and mold/indoor air quality testing is also available for additional fees.
